The Rotary District 6360 RYLA program runs from Friday 10:00am (attendee check-in) to Sunday 4:00pm.

  • Activities will be lead by staff with extensive training in experiential leadership. District Rotarians will provide supervision and speak on the importance of community service.
  • Camp is limited to 60 students this year. Applicants will be accepted on the basis of receipt of their completed applications from their community Rotary Club. Contact your local Rotary club for sponsorship.
  • Safety is the number one priority of the RYLA weekend conference.
  • All high ropes participants wear appropriate safety gear - helmet, harnesses and sling lines. All ropes activities are led by certified Adventure facilitators.

The 2026 RYLA Camper Release contains various forms required for participation at the Battle Creek Outdoor Education Center (OEC) facilities and authorizations for the Rotary District RYLA staff that require signatures by you and your student.

Step 1: You must download to complete and save the fillable 2026 RYLA Camper Release (PDF) document for your student to participate in RYLA.

Step 2: Once you complete the 2026 RYLA Camper Release you will use the online RYLA Application link found in the PDF to register for camp. The 2026 RYLA Camper Release will be uploaded as an attachment when using the camper application.

The $300 cost-per-camper is traditionally covered by the local Rotary club, who acts to sponsor campers.
